Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate you supporting the A$$piration Project mission by purchasing our 100% Canadian-made apparel. We strive to provide the most accurate product descriptions and sizing information to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes online purchases don't work out. Read on for our returns policy and process!

 

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We use tracked shipping methods, so the date you are deemed to have received your item is the date the item is marked as delivered on the tracking information provided by our shipping provider.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Returns Process

To start a return, please contact us at peachy@asspirationproject.com with the details of the items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Once you have received confirmation of your return request, please send the items you wish to  return to the following address:  Force Majeure Fitness Inc., dba A$$piration Project, 1554 Carling Avenue, Unit 39, Ottawa Ontario K1Z 7M4, Canada. Please note that we will not accept any returns without prior confirmation.

 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot approve your return or issue you a refund.

Damaged or defective items and other issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Send an email to peachy@asspirationproject.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we notify you that the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the cost of any free shipping that was included with your original purchase. Original shipping fees you paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned items to us.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at peachy@asspirationproject.com.
