Shipping policy

Local Delivery 

We offer free local delivery to most areas of Ottawa for orders over $200.  

For orders under $200, we over local delivery to most areas of Ottawa for a flat rate of $5.00. 

During checkout, enter your delivery address to see if your order is eligible for local delivery. If your order is eligible, click on the local delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 kilometres of our warehouse. If a local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for  local delivery.  

Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please allow two business days to prepare your order. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be prepared the following business day.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email. You will receive another email once your order has been delivered to your doorstep. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages once we have delivered your items to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship within Canada (Go Canada!) If you live outside Canada and would like to purchase A$$piration Project apparel, please email us at peachy@asspirationproject.com.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free ground shipping in Canada for orders over $200. 

For orders under $200, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can select different shipping rates which offer varying delivery time estimates, and all options provide tracking. 

Please note that the estimated delivery times noted in the shipping options at checkout refer to the period of time after your items have been collected by our shipping carrier and you have been provided with a tracking number. 

 

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed for delivery within three business days of your order date (excluding weekends and civic holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you select a pick up location at checkout (Ottawa only), you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Please note we cannot guarantee shipping times, as these are solely under the control of our shipping provider. 

Your order is considered successfully delivered on the date it is marked as delivered via the tracking information given by our shipping provider. You will receive an email once your order has been delivered. Once the shipping provider has given notification of delivery, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost packages. 

 

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Once a return is inspected and approved, we will refund the order amount for the returned item(s), less the cost of any free shipping that was included with your original purchase. Original shipping fees you paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned items to us. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at peachy@asspirationproject.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
